Sweet Potato Sago Dessert

Sweet potatoes are highly nutritious, antioxidant powerhouses, reduces the risk of cancer, promote heart health, keeps your eyes healthy as well as your immune system. Here, im gonna share a dessert recipe that you can make using sweet potato.

Method:

In a pot, add 2 cup of water & pandan leaf(water adjust acording to sweet potatoes) and bring it to a boil. Cut sweet potatoes in a cube size and add it into the boiling water. Add sugar, salt and sago. Stir until slightly thicken. After sweet potatoes cooked add coconut milk lastly before switch of the flame. Serve hot or cold.
