200 gram King oyster mushroom, sliced thickly

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1/2 inch ginger,minced

2 tbsp black pepper powder

1 tspn sesame seeds

salt ,desired amount

Sauce mix:

1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce/ kicap manis

1/2 tspn dark soy sauce

1/2 tspn chili flakes

1/2 tspn corn starch

Water 3 tbspn


Heat up 1 tbsp oil, add in garlic and the ginger. Stir fry 1 minute or until it change to brownish color.

Now add in the mushrooms and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes over medium to low flame.

Then add in the sauce mix little at a time and cook for another one more minute.

The sauce will start to thicken by now. Increase the flame to high, add some pepper powder.

Toss everything together. Turn of the flame. Sprinkle some sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice.
