Creeping Spinach Stir-Fry / Goreng Sayur Pasalai (Sayur Mayong Goreng)
Creeping spinach stir-fry
Ingredients:
1 bunch creeping spinach (refer picture below)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 dried chili
1 tpsp crushed anchovies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp oyster sauce
Salt as needed
Water if required
Preparation:
Wash spinach thoroughly and chop them finely, set aside.
How to cook:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion, dried chili, crushed anchovies and ginger garlic paste, saute until translucent.
Now add chopped spinach and oyster sauce, required salt. Saute for 5 minutes or until spinach is well cooked.
Turn off the flame.
Spinanch stir-fry is ready and serve hot with rice.
