Chicken Paprik /Ayam Masak Paprik

6 cloves garlic -finely chopped
1 inch ginger- finely chopped
2 lemongrass- tapped
1-2 tbsp grinded chilli
2 chicken breast- cut into thin strips
1 tsp of white pepper powder
2-3 tbsp of chilli sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of tom yum paste
½ carrot peeled and cut into thin strips
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
4 kaffir lime leaves – torn
Water as required
5 birds eye chili
Cauliflower -cut into pieces
Long beans
4 baby corns – cut into half
½ holland onion
Salt and sugar to taste
Lemon and fish sauce (if necessary)
